Accepted payment methods

CookieHub Premium and Enterprise subscriptions can be paid with all major credit cards, Paypal or wire transfer.

Credit card payments

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Diners and Discover.

As of January 2021 some customers have not been able to pay using American Express cards. This is a known problem related to the enforcement of SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) which is not supported for American Express cards by our payment provider. Unfortunately we are unable to fix the issue on our side and are waiting for an update from our payment provider. As an alternative, our customers can use Paypal payments which supports all American Express cards.

Wire transfers

We accept wire transfers for enterprise subscriptions and to top up your account balance which is used towards any upcoming invoices until the balance is spent. Please contact us if you would like to pay using wire transfers.
