Why are my changes not being published?

To avoid affecting the performance and page speed on your web sites, we use various caching methods to make the loading near instant.

The widgets are cached on our edge servers for two minutes, delaying all changes from being published.

Additionally the widget is cached in the client’s browser cache for up to 24 hours.

If you have waited more than two minutes and still don’t see the changes, try to do a hard refresh in your browser:

• Windows: In a browser window, press Ctrl + F5 on your keyboard
• Mac: In a browser window, press Command + R on your keyboard
