We got this message in our website "CookieHub - This website has exceeded the included session limit or the service has been suspended". What can we do?

There can be a few reasons that this message  "CookieHub - This website has exceeded the included session limit or the service has been suspended" appears on your site:

• The monthly sessions for your website might have exceeded the maximum sessions for your subscription plan. The Free plan has 5.000 sessions maximum per month and if you exceed that then the service will be suspended. To solve that you need to sign up for the Premium plan and set up a payment method.
• You may have signed up for the Premium trial subscription for 30 days. When that trial period expires you need to add a payment method or else the service will be expended.
• There's a possibility there's an error when trying to charge your credit card. You should get a notification mail if that is the case. Our system will try to charge your credit card for 3 days in a row and if it fails the service will be suspended.

If do not want to use our services and want to get rid of the message then you need to remove the CookieHub implementation code from your website.
