A cookie scan has been pending for some time. What should I do?

Scanning 100 pages usually takes around 10 minutes to complete depending on how busy our scanners are. Scanning 500 pages can take around an hour. 

If that time has passed and the scan is still pending you should contact support since it's probably stuck in que.
