How can I cancel a subscription?

To cancel your subscription, either delete the domain to cancel instantly or downgrade to the free subscription which will cancel your subscription at the end of the billing period.

Follow these steps to downgrade to the free subscription:

1. Log in to the CookieHub dashboard
2. Click the domain you would like to downgrade
3. Next to your subscription plan, click the Change subscription button
4. Click the Starter plan and confirm by clicking the Change subscription plan button.

Your subscription will be active and unchanged until the end of the current billing period.
