Managing credit cards
You can manage your credit cards directly from the CookieHub Dashboard in the Billing section, from there you can add, remove and set the default credit card used for subscription renewal.
Add new credit card
Follow these steps to add a new credit card to your account:
- Log in to the CookieHub dashboard
- Click the Billing link in the top menu to enter the billing section
- Click the Add new credit card option
- Type your credit card details and either select Only link to add the credit card to your account without adding account balance or select amount that you would like to pay now and add to your account balance that will be used towards any invoices issued.
- Finally click the Pay with the selected credit card button to confirm. If your credit card supports 3D-secure / Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), your will be redirected to your card issuer confirmation page where you will need to approve the transaction on your mobile or using a verification code.
Removing a credit card
Follow these steps to remove a credit card from your account. Please note that you can't remove the card currently set as the default as your account always has to have at least one active credit card.
- Log in to the CookieHub dashboard
- Click the Billing link in the top menu to enter the billing section
- Click the Remove button next to the credit card that you want to remove
Change the default payment method
Follow these steps to set the default credit card used for domain renewals:
- Log in to the CookieHub dashboard
- Click the Billing link in the top menu to enter the billing section
- Click the Set as default button next to the credit card that you want to set as the default
