What happens if my website exceeds the session limit of the subscription?

If you reach the session limit of your current subscription, all paid CookieHub subscriptions will continue to work normally and without interruptions.

CookieHub Basic, Business and Enterprise

When using the latest generation of paid CookieHub subscriptions, you will be charged in increments of 1.000 sessions at the end of each billing period. The price of each additional 1.000 sessions depends on the subscription plan:

Basic: €0.25 for every 1.000 additional sessions
Business: €0.10 for every 1.000 additional sessions
Enterprise: €0.05 for every 1.000 additional sessions

To keep the monthly price predictable and to the minimum you should select a subscription plan with enough included monthly sessions for your domain.

When you have used 90% of the included monthly sessions, you'll receive notification by e-mail.

CookieHub Starter

When you have used 90% of the included monthly sessions, you'll receive notification by e-mail. If the monthly sessions exceed the included sessions the service will be suspended and will have to be upgraded to a paid plan.

CookieHub Premium (legacy)

If you reach the session limit of your current subscription, CookieHub will continue to work normally. At the next renewal the subscription is automatically upgraded to a subscription that includes sufficient monthly sessions and the invoice will reflect that. You will get a notification about the change before it's made.

Every month our system will automatically evaluate the usage and if you go below the threshold of a lower cost subscription in any month the system will automatically change to that subscription and less amount is charged on the next invoice.
