How to Include localStorage and sessionStorage in Scans

By default, scans detect cookies only. Enabling this option adds detection for localStorage and sessionStorage items.

To enable storage detection:

1. Go to your domain in the CookieHub dashboard.
2. Open the Scans tab.
3. Scroll to Crawler Settings.
4. Turn on Include localStorage and sessionStorage.

Detected storage entries are treated like cookies, with categories and descriptions assigned.
