How to configuring the banner language
In the Languages section of the Settings tab, you can choose how the CookieHub widget determines which language to display.
Default Language
Select the default language for your consent banner in the Default language dropdown.
Display Language Options
Use the Display language dropdown to control how the widget determines the language:
- Always use default language – Always show the default language you selected.
- Automatically detect – CookieHub decides based on multiple detection methods.
- Match browser language – Matches the language sent by the user’s browser if available.
- Match HTML tag language – Uses the
<html lang>property from your site’s HTML. - Match URL prefix – Detects language from the first part of the URL.
