How to customize the preference center

To customize the Preference center tab, open your domain in the CookieHub dashboard and click Customize, then select Preference center from the tab list.

You can configure:

  • Show services for each category – Lists services and their cookies.
  • Show vendor tab – Displays vendors for more granular consent.
  • Show cookie declaration tab – Displays a full cookie list.
  • Show “Your choices” – Displays consent summary, token, and timestamp.
  • Hide CookieHub branding – Removes the CookieHub logo.

Additional options when the CCPA framework is selected

If your region’s Policy framework is set to CCPA/CPRA (or other US privacy laws supported by CookieHub), additional settings appear in the Preference center tab:

  • Show personal data tab – Adds a dedicated tab where users can manage sale and sharing preferences for personal data.

    Check “Allow sale and sharing” by default – When enabled, this option starts with sale and sharing allowed unless the user opts out.

    Opt-out linked categories – Select which cookie categories should also be opted out when a user chooses Do not sell or share my personal information.
