Cookies that need attention

In paid subscriptions, cookies that are not categorized as Necessary or as Preferences are flagged with either:

• Green checkmark – Correctly configured. The cookie is not set until the user consents to its category.
• Red X – Requires attention. The cookie is set before consent or is uncategorized.

You can click Needs attention to filter the list to only show problem cookies.

Fixing cookies that need attention

• If the cookie is Necessary or Preferences, move it to the correct category.
• Adjust the service settings to prevent the cookie from being set before consent.
• Make sure that CookieHub is loaded before the service that is setting the cookie and that the Automatic cookie blocking feature is enabled
