How to change subscription

You can change the subscription for any domain from the My domains page. This allows you to upgrade or downgrade your plan and adjust your billing period.

Steps to change a subscription

1. Go to the My domains page.

   Select the domain you want to update.

   In the Overview tab (default view), click Change subscription.

   In the change subscription form:

   • Choose a subscription plan
   • Select a billing period
2. Confirm your changes.

What happens when you change

• From Free to paid – You get a 30-day free trial.
• From one paid plan to a higher paid plan – You are charged immediately and the changes take effect right away.
• From one paid plan to a lower paid plan – The change takes effect after the current billing period ends.
