Cookies loading before consent usually means the CookieHub script or GTM setup is misconfigured.

How to fix:

• Check that CookieHub script is in the head section and loads before any third-party scripts.
• If using GTM, confirm that CookieHub tag uses the Consent Initialization – All Pages trigger.
• For scripts not covered by automatic blocking, use Conditional HTML tags.
• Verify cookies are categorized correctly in the dashboard.
