Possible causes:

  • Incorrect implementation code.
  • Wrong domain code in the snippet.
  • CSS from your site overriding CookieHub styles.
  • Cached widget version.

How to fix:

  1. Verify the code matches the version in the CookieHub dashboard.

  2. Ensure the domain code (8 characters) is correct.

    Clear your cache and do a hard refresh:

    • Windows: Ctrl + F5
    • Mac: Command + R
  3. If your site’s CSS conflicts, use browser developer tools to identify overrides.
