Why do I see the message: “CookieHub - This website has exceeded the included session limit or the service has been suspended”?

This message appears when:

  • Your site exceeds the monthly session limit for your plan.
  • A free plan reached its maximum of 5,000 sessions.
  • A paid subscription expired or a trial ended without adding payment details.
  • Payment failed after multiple attempts.

To fix:

  • Upgrade to a higher plan.
  • Update payment details in the dashboard.
  • Or remove CookieHub code from your site if you no longer use the service.
