A session in CookieHub is counted each time the CookieHub widget loads on your website, usually corresponding to a unique visitor. While this may differ slightly from analytics tools due to caching, it provides a reliable measure of user interaction.

How sessions impact pricing

• Included sessions: Each plan includes a set number of monthly sessions. You can monitor your usage in the CookieHub dashboard.
• Exceeding sessions: If you exceed your plan’s limit, additional sessions are billed in blocks of 1,000. This ensures uninterrupted service even during unexpected traffic spikes.
• Notifications: You’ll receive an alert when usage reaches 90% of your limit. This gives you time to upgrade your plan or manage traffic to avoid overages.
